Are you ready to grow with purpose?

Not painful enough to leave. Not comfortable enough to stay. You're good at your job, you've always been good at it, but somewhere along the way it stopped being a choice and became just what you do. You dread Sunday evenings. You can't remember the last time work actually felt exciting. You know what you don't want. You just can't name what you do.

That's what this is for.

There are a few ways to work together, depending on what you need right now:

  1. Career Coaching One-on-one guidance to move from feeling stuck to having real clarity and a plan. See the packages below.

  2. Group Coaching Prefer working through it alongside others who get it? Join a small, curated cohort. See the Group Coaching tab.

  3. Re-integration & Second Track Coaching (Tweede Spoor) Navigating a UWV re-integration process, including Werkfit or Naar Werk trajectories?

👉🏼 Coaching in Dutch and English.
👉🏼 Sessions take place online. Open to in-person on a case-by-case basis.

Standard Career package

Light Career Package

Quarterly Career Package

This uses Adriaan Hoogendijk's lemniscate methodology, a well-established career coaching approach built around who you are, not what the job market wants from you. Instead of starting with job titles or a function profile, it maps your values, talents, and drivers into a direction that's actually yours . You'll walk away with clear direction and a concrete action plan you can act on.

You'll benefit if you feel: stuck, restless, or quietly unfulfilled, and you're ready to stop putting off the question and you want to walk away with next steps, not just direction.

How it works: Adriaan Hoogendijk's Lemniscate methodology uses a series of exercises chosen to fit you. Most commonly this includes a reflection on your work history, current life, your ideal life, and a roadmap for change focused on positioning yourself and building your concrete action plan.

Time investment: 7 sessions of 60 minutes total, online, over a period of approximately 3 months.

A shorter version of the Standard Package. Same lemniscate foundation, without the positioning and action-plan sessions. Good if you want clarity first, before deciding whether you need help turning it into a plan.

You'll benefit if you feel: you want direction before committing to more, or you'd rather explore first and decide on next steps later.

How it works: the same reflection process as the Standard Package, work history, current life, ideal life, roadmap, without the additional positioning and action-plan sessions.

Time investment: 5 sessions of 60 minutes, online, over a period of less than 3 months.

After coaching dozens of professionals, I kept seeing the same gap: people don't need another one-off session. They need someone to check in with, regularly. An accountability buddy to soundboard career decisions with, stay on track with their goals, and actually move into action instead of just thinking about it.

You'll benefit if you feel: like you keep circling the same decisions without moving on them, and want steady accountability, not a one-off fix.

How it works: monthly, one-hour sessions with your coach. Sessions are structured but flexible. You bring what's live for you that month.

Time investment: 3 sessions of 60 minutes, once a month, online, over one quarter.

Not sure which one fits? Get in touch and we'll figure it out together.

Need help funding? A few ideas:

Many employers offer annual budgets for professional development, sustainability, or personal growth, which can often be used for coaching. Here’s how you can explore your options.

Good to know: all coaching sessions are confidential. Even if your employer covers the cost, no details about your sessions will be shared without your consent.

1. CHECK WITH YOUR HR MANAGER

Many HR departments have a budget for training or development, and coaching is often covered because it’s a cost-effective and impactful way to grow. Ask your HR manager about available options. If you haven’t used this budget yet, I can support you with a clear proposal to present to your employer during a free introductory session.

Speak with Your Manager or Director

In some cases, your manager or director oversees budgets for personal development. You can discuss the potential benefits of coaching with them, and I can help you prepare a tailored plan or proposal to make your case effectively.

2. REVIEW YOUR LABOR AGREEMENT (CAO)

Many CAOs include budgets or provisions for personal development and coaching. For example:

↳ Municipalities: Employees are entitled to career advice every three years.

↳ Universities: Employees with two or more years of service can access fully-funded career advice.

↳ UMCs: Staff have the right to career advice once every five years, which can be conducted by an internal or external expert.

↳ Career advice via A+O Fund (Central government/Rijk): Employees with over three years of service are eligible for a €1,500 career coaching budget, with an RL-certified career coach, independent of managerial approval.

Check your CAO for specific details, or bring it along to a session to explore how it can support your coaching goals.

3. TAX DEDUCTION FOR ENTREPRENEURS

Coaching expenses for self-employed entrepreneurs can be deducted as business costs. During the free introductory session, let me know if you’d like to receive a business invoice. Need advice on how to claim these expenses? Reach out to your accountant, bookkeeper, or tax advisor.
