A re-integration process can feel like a lot at once. You're expected to think clearly about work while you might still be recovering. Expectations come at you from every direction, while inside, the honest answer is often "I just don't know right now." In the middle of all those questions and doubts, my job is to help you find your footing again. We slow down where it's needed, and build clarity step by step on what actually fits you right now.

Two tracks, depending on where you're starting from:

UWV Werkfit ("fit for work") For people receiving WIA, WAO, Wajong, or Ziektewet benefits who aren't quite ready to actively search for work yet. Focused on rebuilding daily structure, confidence, and work skills, including crafting or updating your CV and LinkedIn. As well as exploring what fits before taking the next step.

UWV Naar Werk ("towards work") For people who are ready to actively search and apply. Focused on job search support: CV, applications, networking, and matching to suitable roles.

Please note: You discuss your interest in a Werkfit or Naar Werk program with your UWV labor expert or re-integration counselor, they'll assess whether you qualify and get the application moving.

UWV Reintegration

Being sick for over a year and unable to return to your own job is a lot to carry. Now you're facing a new direction, often on a timeline you didn't choose. My job is to help you find solid ground again: what you're capable of, what fits, and where a new employer could be a real match.

Tweede spoor is for employees who've been ill for more than a year and can't return to their previous role. It's a legal obligation for Dutch employers once return to the original job isn't possible, aimed at finding suitable work elsewhere.

‍ Please note: this trajectory is usually arranged through your employer, but as your coach, I work directly with you throughout.

‍

Not sure if this applies to you? Get in touch and we'll figure it out together.
